We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Showroom Supervisor to join our thriving construction company. This is a permanent position, offering a unique opportunity to showcase your marketing, event coordination, and showroom management skills in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will be the driving force behind our showroom's success, ensuring it is a vibrant, engaging, and informative space for our customers. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about marketing, enjoys interacting with people, and has a keen interest in the construction industry.


Responsibilities


  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing.
  • Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
  • Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor our showroom offerings accordingly.
  • Regularly review and analyze showroom performance, providing reports to senior management and suggesting improvements where necessary.
  • Train and supervise showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
  • Coordinate events, including product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows, to showcase our products and services.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors, using this information to keep our showroom and marketing strategies fresh and relevant.


Qualifications


  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, and showroom management.
  • Creative and strategic thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Proficient in using marketing software and tools, and comfortable with using technology to enhance showroom operations.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and staff.
