- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom, ensuring it is always clean, organized, and aesthetically appealing.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences, and tailor our showroom offerings accordingly.
- Regularly review and analyze showroom performance, providing reports to senior management and suggesting improvements where necessary.
- Train and supervise showroom staff to deliver exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Coordinate events, including product launches, exhibitions, and trade shows, to showcase our products and services.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors, using this information to keep our showroom and marketing strategies fresh and relevant.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, event coordination, and showroom management.
- Creative and strategic thinker, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry.
- Proficient in using marketing software and tools, and comfortable with using technology to enhance showroom operations.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams.
- Demonstrable experience in planning and executing successful events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building strong relationships with customers and staff.
