Showroom Receptionist - Acura

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an opportunity for a Showroom Receptionist with Rallye Acura! The Showroom Receptionist plays an instrumental role in providing a seamless and personalized automotive experience for our clients. Must be an energetic, reliable, motivated individual with prior customer service and/or administrative experience.
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Greeting and directing all clients who visit the dealership.
• Creating and maintaining a welcoming environment for the showroom.
• Handling a variety of clerical duties including: filing, scanning, data entry, etc.
• Acting as main support for sales representatives and sales management.
• Fielding all incoming phone calls.
• Effectively organizing and keeping track of a high volume of paperwork.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Trainable in various computer systems
• At least one year of previous administrative or reception experience required.
• Professional personal appearance
• Microsoft Office skills/general computer knowledge necessary
• Outstanding phone and computer skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
