Senior Replenishment Manager Jobs

Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, or equivalent related experience

At least three years of supply-chain, replenishment, or distribution management experience

Develops and deploys inventory management and improvement best practices

Understanding of business and management principles

Develops and manages demand planning and forecasting necessary for accurate administration of departmental budget

Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation skills

Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to quickly re-prioritize while still meeting deadlines

Develop and maintain routine end of lifecycle management for store and DC inventory

Deep understanding of retail planning and inventory management needs

Minimum Education level: College degree or equivalent years of experience

Develop and execute assortment and allocation strategies to support sales targets and visual merchandising requirements for Beautihaul sampling program

Working knowledge of procurement, logistics and inventory management practices.

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent Supply Chain experience. MBA a plus.

Minimum 5+ years buying experience in the retail industry preferred.

Retail operations/Marketing experience preferred or strong understanding of store operations and merchandising methodologies and practices.

Ensure that established policies and procedures are understood and adhered to by all replenishment buying staff.

Remote access (buying system) from home or off-site location when necessary.

Interface with other National Replenishment Managers, division personnel, Merchandising teams, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning team to accomplish job functions.

Ensure the established sales plan is understood and executed by the buying team.

Participate in developing and managing Distribution P&L by providing analyses on relevant replenishment data.

Monitor National supplier group results compared to projections, identify solutions and recommend corrective actions.

Review and analyze operating reports with replenishment team and take appropriate action when necessary.

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business related field. Supply Chain Management degree/experience preferred

Experience with following systems/processes preferred:

Leads root cause analysis, purchase order management, and key performance metrics monitoring to direct inventory flows within capacity constraints

Up to 1 year in relevant business experience

Experience using MS Excel to complete basic analytical tasks

Conducts trend analysis (i.e. Pipeline reporting) and initiates product flow contingency plans by proactively managing Replenishment Program settings

Drives customer service, providing information, plans and communication at the store to support customer needs

Creates inventory flow solutions by providing support, guidance, and problem solving to cross functional teams

Proven understanding of forecasting and inventory management is required

Manage the allocation of promotional volume at store level and analyze results to ensure efficient sell through of product

Manage tracking and perform ad-hoc business reporting to uncover insights that improve performance and make recommendations based on results

Minimum of 5-7 years in sales analytics with specific knowledge of sales data (e.g. Nielsen, IRI, Retail Link)

Perishable replenishment experience strongly preferred

Ability to successfully manage multiple projects

7-10+ years of relevant supply chain management experience, ideally in omni-channel and retail environments

Experience managing the holistic supply chain network, including replenishment, supply planning, inventory management, and supplier performance management.

Strong project management skills, including stakeholder‐, timeline‐, and meeting management skills; demonstrated excellence in managing internal customers.

This position typically reports to Software Engineer Manager or Sr. Manager

Experience in supporting Production Applications

Experience with security frameworks for user and services authorization and authentication
