Job Description
Position Overview
  • Monitor and communicate inventory issues/opportunities to Revlon Customer Team.
  • Responsible for end-to-end On Time In Full (OTIF) Reporting, Diagnosing causals and recommending/implementing solutions for improvement
  • Assist in Returns Mitigation analysis and recommendations
  • Assist customer business development team on weekly sales analysis, highlighting category trends and weekly forecast accuracy
  • Assist in New Item flow (Display, Pipe assumptions, and model inventory)
  • Collaborate with Customer Logistics group around product supply, transportation, and warehouse inventory levels.
  • Assist in overall inventory management (WOS, On Hand); help identify opportunities for inventory improvements.
  • Works closely with Demand Planning to adjust item level forecasts based on promotional changes
  • Prepare and provide weekly internal Revlon reporting regarding customer in-stocks, inventory levels, performance, etc.
  • Prepare and provide weekly replenishment reports for Drug Accounts, identifying issues and actions addressing High / low in-stock levels and less than 95% fill rates.
  • Responsible for ensuring Drug Channel Customer DC replenishment and in-stock rates.
  • Responsible for guiding and maintaining progress toward brand / Segment targeted store inventory levels.
  • Review store level forecasts, Forecast to Sales Variance, Weeks of Supply, and In-Stock levels and recommend opportunities for adjustments.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • #1 Prepare and provide weekly replenishment reports for Drug Channel, identifying issues and actions addressing High / low in-stock levels and less than 95% fill rates.
  • #2 Assist in overall inventory management (WOS, On Hand); help identify opportunities for inventory improvements.
  • #4 Track weekly sales and determine root causals to variances from forecast
Additional Responsibilities
  • #2 Assist in New Item flow (Display, Pipe assumptions, and model inventory) & Returns Mitigation
  • #1 Responsible for ensuring Drug customer DC replenishment and in-stock rates.
  • #3 Interface with the customers and develop reports and analysis to provide updates on the current state of the business.
Experience & Education
Education
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business related field. Supply Chain Management degree/experience preferred
Experience
  • Strong analytical skills
  • SAP
  • Strong communication skills/experience working in external facing role
  • Microstrategy
  • 2+ years experience in related field
  • Effective Problem-Solving capabilities
  • CMG/Rite Insight/RSI is a plus
  • CPFR
  • High proficiency in Excel and Access
  • Microsoft Office Applications
