· 8-10 years of relevant experience with 2-3 years as a Manager of FP&A.

Position: Senior Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

3+ years of proven experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a high-growth company

Solid accounting, finance, and financial modeling knowledge.

Able to review large amounts of information to ensure accuracy, summarize into high-level analysis, and communicate to upper management for decision-making.

Implement financial best practices that improve FP&A processes, tools, and capabilities, enabling business leaders to achieve financial targets.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.

A high degree of organizational skills.

Experience with Power BI and data visualization

Develop analytical tools, ad-hoc reporting, and analysis for executive management

Optimize existing financial systems to enhance and automate reporting capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or similar field of study preferred

5+ years of business or analytic experience

3+ years of experience of FP&A experience

Experience with Oracle GL, FCCS and / or Hyperion Financials a plus

Develop executive dashboards with Key Performance Indicators, delivered monthly to Local Management

Coordinate with extended Finance team to prepare supportive schedules for bridge process

Serve as Finance business partner to Finance VP and Legal VP

Collaborate across Finance, Analytics, and cross functional business partners on various data and analytics projects

8+ years’ experience in Accounting/Finance

Manage US and International global vendor’s activities (creation, payment, communication)

Manage timing of vendor payments consistent with vendor agreements and company policy and budget

Manage the company’s purchase requisition and purchase order process and advise on policy.

Special projects, and additional requests as assigned by manager.

Ideal candidate will have experience with full cycle accounts payable.

Experience working with Yardi and/or other similar property management and accounting software

Ensure the Management Office operates smoothly

Possess a DC Property Management license, or ability to obtain a license within 90 days of hire

Proficiency in MS Office. Experience with Yardi strongly preferred

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and outside leasing team in leasing activity;

Support the Director of Property/Asset Management and Acquisitions department with acquisitions and refinancing;

Accurately prepare various Property Management reports on a monthly basis, including budget variance reports; property inspection reports; janitorial vacancy credit reports;

Perform other tasks as delegated by the Director of Property / Asset Management and the Managing Member.
