Minimum of 15 years of experience in leading complex projects including process engineering, project engineering,

5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.

Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Manage multiple ground-up commercial construction projects from start to finish.

Manage project documentation and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.

Strong knowledge of ground-up commercial construction processes and procedures.

• Experience with budget management, financial analysis, and risk management.

• Knowledge of construction management software, scheduling tools, and project management methodologies.

• Prepare and present proposals, project plans, and progress reports to clients and senior management.

Assign appropriate Project Management Staff in association with the Operations Manager and Regional Vice President.

Project Management, Quality Review and Project Close-Out; responsible for ensuring that Projects achieve budget and profitability objectives. This includes:

Monitor and evaluate Project Management and Superintendent Staff assignments.

Ensure Project Management staff is trained according to Wells and Wells guidelines.

Base salary: $180k plus generous benefits and healthcare
