Our client is a national privately held construction that provide innovative solutions in award-winning projects. We are partnered with them in their search for a Project Executive to oversee multiple projects in the Dallas Fort Worth area. The company itself has a diverse portfolio in a wide range of sectors, including luxury high-rise residential, mixed-use developments, hospitality, K-12 and higher education.
Position:
The Project Executive will be responsible for overseeing all items related to day-to-day construction operations including staffing assignments, project plan development, cost and schedule analysis and subcontractor communications. They will be involved with all phases related to preconstruction, construction and project close-out.
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager/Senior Project Manager with a major general contractor with a background in Wood Multifamily projects
- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor's Degree in construction management, engineering, or related discipline
- Strong leadership skills
Offer:
$150,000 - $200,000 base salary + compensation package including 401k, paid time off and bonuses
