Lead vendor management activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation and ongoing vendor relationships for infrastructure partners.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration (BA), Management Information Systems (MIS), or a related field from an accredited institution.

5+ years in leadership, supervisory or management position is required.

Education, Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Minimum of fifteen years of related experience, to include at least ten years in an IT management role.

Extensive software and technology implementation and management experience required.

Experience in product management experience required.

Experience with the full lifecycle of vendor management, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, service level definition and management.

Excellent stakeholder management and negotiating skills.

Excellent analytical, process management, strategic conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.

Responsible for all IT technology at manufacturing site ensuring operational management while ensuring global services are utilized.

Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +18 yrs; Assoc.+14 yrs; M.S.+7 yrs; PhD+6 yrs)

10 Years of Relevant Experience

Travel Requirements: Up to 5%

Demonstrable experience working optimally and collaboratively in a matrix environment.

7+ years of experience in GTM (Go-to-Market) or Business Technology, with a preference for 10+ years.

At least 3 years of experience in leading a Sales/Rev Operations team, ideally within a SaaS company.

Experience working across Sales and Marketing functions is preferred.

Managing the development of custom solutions and integrations to address complex business challenges.

Identifying and addressing gaps in development processes and documentation.

Driving project execution, ensuring high-quality technical and process design and implementation.
