Statistics and analysis experience: familiarity with quantitative methods in social science as well as data analysis languages like R or Pandas

Substantial experience with and training in access to information laws, including FOIA, in different jurisdictions

Advocate best practices standards for Clinical data management.

Thorough knowledge of clinical data formats and modelization (SDTM, CDISC, ADaM), combining Functional and technical skills (Medical Writing, SAS programming, SQL,...)

Global knowledge of the clinical documents workflow that support Drug submission and pharmacovigilance processes

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Fluent English required)

Implement processes aligned to data management standards, ensure data quality and requirements are embedded in/adhered to within system development deliverables.

Design, implement reporting platforms (e.g. modeling, ETL, BI framework) and complex ETL frameworks that meet business requirements.

Provide data analysis and requirements within enterprise platform (e.g. Hadoop).

Develop, maintain knowledge of data available from upstream sources and data within various platforms.
