Technical skills using Bloomberg, FactSet, Excel, and/or S&P Capital IQ, a plus.

CFA designation (or progress towards) a plus.

Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office suites, specifically with Excel

Knowledge of financial analysis, including cash flow analysis, balance sheet analysis, profitability, liquidity, and solvency analysis

Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and preparation of pro forma financial statements

Knowledge of complex lending, financial structuring and credit arrangements, and bank products

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, oral and written communication skills

Broad knowledge of credit and financing and the ability to analyze all components on standard and complex credits.

Manage aging report and lead meetings internally. Identify and present recommendations for actions plans.

Oversight of Credit and Collections Team

Reporting To The Accounts Receivable Manager, Responsibilities Include

Work sales, service, and finance teams to resolve collections

5+ years of relevant credit/collections experience

SAP/Oracle experience desired, not required

Experience working with international accounts

Evaluate credit risk of customers and distributors

Conduct analysis of the market (customers) and industry (competition, suppliers, and potential new entrants) and management teams.

Bachelor’s Degree. Business, finance, accounting major preferred, other majors with a business minor also acceptable; or equivalent experience.

Detail oriented with effective judgment and time management.

Display detailed knowledge of principals of commercial credit, commercial banking laws, bank policy, cost accounting and, financial analysis.

To provide and maintain reporting requirements on Bank customers’ credit obligations.

Complete Loan Reviews as directed by Lead Loan Review Analyst or Credit Administration Manager.

Experience with Databases and Database Management Tools, Data Mining (Querying).

Internal: Regular interaction with Capital Markets Group, Investment Portfolio Management, Bank Operations Representatives, Financial Accounting and Calling Officers.

Knowledge of global financial markets, banking industry including regulatory environment both existing and emerging issues, NRSRO rating systems, etc.

Intermediate Skills in Microsoft Office Suite of Products including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

MBA/MS/BA/BS in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar field (preferred)

In addition to strong Credit Analysis experience,

Experience in project management and/or consulting

This position is a member of Corporate Development and Planning Team within the Finance Division.

Project manage transformational initiatives, building project plans, facilitating meetings, and following up with key stakeholders

Academic qualification / Speciality Essential

- 5+ years of credit experience at a bank and/or a credit rating agency

Job Title: Senior Credit Analyst

Presentation of sector trends and drivers, and counterparty market position. Peer comparison.

Detailed presentation of financial statements and financial projections when applicable.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business or equivalent in specific work experience

Participate in internal credit conversations with senior credit management and in external meetings with clients and prospects.

2-4 years of related experience in the Financial Services, Banking Industry, Credit Analysis, Loan Review, Underwriting or similar background preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Credit Analyst I or equivalent role preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in general bank operations and the lending process

Work closely with Portfolio Managers to monitor and manage assigned commercial loan portfolios.

2-5 years of investment banking and capital markets experience (i.e. Leveraged Finance, Financial Sponsors, Restructuring) or buy-side credit investing experience

Daily responsibilities include modeling, quantitative financial analysis, financial and business due diligence, valuation analysis, credit agreement review, and quarterly reporting

Specific experience and interest in the technology and software sector is preferred, but not required

Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills (top tier Excel and Power Point skills are a must)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nimble and flexible to balance multiple tasks simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Reviews and recommends the borrower’s credit rating using the bank’s internal rating model.

• Works on various ad hoc portfolio or counterparty research requests.

Must possess strong organizational, planning, and time-management abilities to be able to produce multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

Assist in crisis communication, after-hours media relations, and other communications responsibilities as assigned by the Corporate Communications leadership team

Three (3) years demonstrated experience in communications, journalism and/or public relations

Self-motivated and able to work independently and manage self towards goals, while being a genuine team player

Candidates who successfully pass the interview stage must demonstrate strong written communication skills through a work sample exercise.

Basic Photoshop and HTML skills

Bachelor's degree with coursework in accounting and finance, or equivalent work experience

One to three years of experience in financial statement and analysis activities

Thorough knowledge of financial statement preparation and analysis

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

As an Analyst, your primary accountabilities include:
