Korn Ferry has been retained by our long-time client for their Corporate Credit Manager opportunity in Columbus. The Corporate Credit Manager is open due to Retirement after a long and successful career. You’ll have the chance to lead a strong team of solid Credit Analysts that operate autonomously with the robust processes already in place!

The Corporate Credit Manager will be responsible for oversight of Credit and Colleciton activities throughout the multi-service organization. You will work closely with your team and Leadership across the business to minimize credit risk while maximizing sales. Our client has a diverse customer base that includes large international companies down to smaller family-owned operations. This is a high-visibility opportunity to work directly with decision-makers and have your voice heard!

Compensation Target up to $120K with bonus potential and solid benefits!

HYBRID work flexibility with 2 days/week at home!

Scope of Responsibilities:

• Manage aging report and lead meetings internally. Identify and present recommendations for actions plans.
• Analysis and Monitoring of bad debt
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Special Projects and Strategic Initiatives
• Partner with internal Leadership across business divisions and ensure minimal overall credit risk to the organization while optimizing maximum sales
• Work closely with Internal and External customers
• Oversight of Credit and Collections Team
• Ensure credit limits and payment terms are within guidelines and receive proper approval

Skills Needed:

• Targeting 5 to 7+ years of Credit experience
• Business 2 Business experience – Required
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Prior Management experience
