Makes suggestions on improving internal work order management procedures based on any trends detected during training.

Assists all levels of management, as assigned.

Attends new customer onboarding with account managers; responsible for understanding new customer processes and developing training materials for all staff.

Collaborate with Training and Development Manager to train BPO team on new processes, as well as provide updates to existing processes

3+ years experience developing training materials (BPO preferred)

3+ years experience with payer enrollment, licensing, or credentialing processes

Develop training materials for new processes and update existing materials with new content

Monitor BPO agents for SOP adherence and determine where further instruction is needed

Identify opportunities for quality improvement and provide training & support and/or modify workflows to help the team succeed

Manage scorm compliant Knowledge Management System (KMS) training content and associated knowledge-check quizzes and tests

5+ years of managerial experience in a Learning and Development, Technical Training, program management or operations role implementing training programs

Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning and Development, or Education, or relevant field or equivalent training/experience

Develop skills assessment new-hire programs that reduce training costs and result in higher yields of class graduates

7+ years of experience building web-based new-hire and refresher training programs or relevant experience

Experience in leadership roles, developing team members and overseeing cross-functional teams

Knowledge of Continuing Legal Education is desirable.

Manage a team of 3 dedicated training professionals.

Work with internal subject matter experts to develop training content. Counsel internal faculty regarding effective presentation skills and training materials.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills; collaborative approach to working with others.

Experience supervising and managing others.

Help employees improve upon or enhance existing skills

Effectively facilitate training on technical skills, operational systems, policies, and procedures

• Associate degree in related field or equivalent work or military experience

• 3 years of banking, lending, or collections experience

• 1 year of training or equivalent experience

• Relevant military experience is considered for veterans and transitioning service members

Prepare yearly budget and submit to Parish Finance Commission

Well-developed knowledge of Scripture, the Catechism, Church documents

Supports market staff with day-to-day customer relationship management and stewardship efforts (i.e. vendors, participants and volunteers).

Assists with volunteer recruitment and management.

Responsible for inventory management including ordering supplies to support the market.

Provides general office or business operation support including point of contact for facility/building management and legal/real-estate department

Associate degree preferred; or a combination of education and work experience.

Serve as a support staff point of contact for the Field Operations Regional Support Services Manager assigned to cover that region.

Update and maintain orientation manual.

Coordinate periodic leadership training. Recommend topics, procure presenters, and handle behind the scenes details. Maintain training records.

Assist HR staff with various payroll functions.

Coordinate annual open enrollment for faculty and staff.

Maintain confidentiality. Ensure the privacy of protected health information (PHI), social security numbers, and other indicative date.

Perform additional duties as may be assigned by the Associate Vice President of Human Resources or designate.
