Your role will be pivotal in ensuring team members experience growth and upward mobility while contributing to the ongoing success. As a driving force in the company's expansion, you'll be tasked with architecting transformative frameworks and talent solutions.


Responsibilities:


Strategic Alignment: Forge a strong connection between training and career development initiatives, aligning them seamlessly with the organization's goals.


Holistic Solutions: Understand business priorities deeply and translate them into innovative training solutions that empower our team members.


Training Roadmap: Design a comprehensive training and development agenda through needs assessments, curriculum delivery, and program coordination.


Collaborative Partnership: Collaborate with department heads and senior leaders to identify training needs, fostering solutions that bridge skill gaps and align with business objectives.


Leadership Development: Provide development support and coaching to leadership, HR team members, and trainers. Act as an internal consultant for organizational development and talent strategies. Lead the development, implementation, and measurement of an encompassing training and organizational development strategy. Deliver impactful leadership and team member training.


Change Management: Play an instrumental role in change management efforts, facilitating training sessions and personal development classes.


Data-Driven Approach: Analyze training results, adjusting programs based on data insights. Utilize metrics to inform decisions.




Qualifications:


Education: Bachelor's degree required


Industry Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in training, organizational development, leadership development, or general HR


Thorough Knowledge: Profound understanding of curriculum delivery, program coordination, and needs assessment.


Effective Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal, facilitation, coaching, and consulting skills.


Work Environment: Must be comfortable working on your feet throughout the day
