4+ years experience in eCommerce

Experience building assortment in the health care space.

4-year degree in business, finance, marketing, supply chain or related field preferred; or equivalent experience. HS diploma required.

Effective communication skills with a large variety of audiences, both internal and external.

Experience managing multiple projects requiring frequent communication and problem solving.

Lead largest and most strategic categories with complex supplier relationships and significant revenue impact.

Analyze current category performance including revenue growth, profitability, supplier performance, supply chain, and customer segments.

Gather insights about the category including competitive market factors, customer demand trends, industry issues and trends, and new/potential technologies.

Increases FT assets under management (AUM) by attracting new assets and retaining existing assets.

Advises clients on how FT’s investment capabilities can grow their business and meet their needs.

Manages expenses against travel and entertainment annual territory budget.

Maximizes FT resources to build brand awareness, showcase FT’s capabilities, and achieve sales targets.

Applies expert knowledge of FT investment philosophies, processes, strategies, and products to increase market share within territory.

Tailors best practice ideas, education, and consultation on appropriate solutions to strengthen and expand client relationships.
