Minimum of 4+ years of research experience, 0-2 years of related experience post-PhD

Proven expertise in protein purification techniques, with working knowledge of FPLC platforms (AKTA, Bio-Rad).

Experience with prokaryotic and eukaryotic expression vectors and construct design for structural biology studies.

Attention to detail, accurate record keeping, and strong oral and written communication skills

Prior experience with protein purification and protein characterization of membrane-spanning proteins such as GPCRs, is a bonus.

Literature review and investigation to identify key requirements on structure-based computational design for specific GPCR binding antibodies.

Great communication skills, (oral and written), along with a proven record of presentations and publications.

Experienced in research of GPCRs family would be highly desirable.

Hands-on experience in wet-lab techniques, coupled with a willingness to undertake training for additional wet-lab support tasks.

Experienced in molecular dynamics, simulation, physics-based computations or similar. (In particular of Rosetta).

Exceptional collaborative skills are a crucial, as the role requires working closely with a multi-functional team.

Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, Bioengineering, Molecular Biology, or related fields and 5+ years of academic / industry experience

Experience and enthusiasm to work with mRNA and yeast display

In-depth understanding and experience in antibody engineering is highly desirable

Demonstrated experience in working in a cross-functional organization is required

Manage and maintain mammalian suspension and adherent cell lines and perform aseptic techniques as needed

One to two years relevant experience in an academic lab (classes not included) or biotechnology work experience is required

Organized and detail oriented, possessing excellent record-keeping skills

Experience with protein purification using AKTA FPLC system is preferred

Experience with aseptic technique and mammalian cell culture is preferred

Learn and perform protein purification using various chromatography techniques and run conjugation reactions

5+ years of relevant laboratory experience in cancer research, with a focus on small molecule drug discovery

Experience with mechanism of action studies for oncology drug discovery and validation in an industry setting

Strong understanding of the drug discovery process and demonstrated experience working on cross-functional teams

Experience with high throughput screening and hit validation techniques is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ph.D. in cancer biology, pharmacology, or related field

BS/MS and academic or industrial experience with protein purification and characterization. Candidates with a PhD may also be considered.

Experience in protein purification using ion exchange, size exclusion, affinity chromatography and other methods. Experience with FPLC systems, especially AKTA.

Background in protein science, biochemistry, bioanalytical chemistry, enzymology, or chemical biology.

Familiarity with modern analytical techniques and instrumentation for the analysis of proteins (e.g. UV/Vis, HPLC, SDS-PAGE, SEC).

Demonstrated hands-on problem solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking.

Master’s degree with 4 years of experience in pharma/biopharma or

Leverage in vitro cellular assay tools to establish in vitro-in vivo correlations (IVIVCs) of early-stage multi-specific therapeutic proteins and engineered monotherapies

Design biological and/or biophysical experiments in support of both drug discovery and early development programs, and operating within a modality-independent framework.

Emphasize technology development that can be enabling of in vitro PKDM assessments

PhD (or equivalent industry experience) in molecular biology, biochemistry, genetics, cancer biology, immunology, or a related field

Deep understanding of cancer biology and experience working with publicly available datasets used to interrogate molecular mechanisms (e.g., TCGA)

Excellent cross-functional communication and teamwork skills, working with both computational and experimental scientists

Experience partnering with pharma in biomarker identification or companion diagnostics development

Experience working with liquid handling platforms for high-throughput research projects
