Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement cell-based in vitro methodologies to interrogate the bio disposition of biologics, including application of 3D cultures (e.g., spheroids) and microphysiologic systems (MPS) to study protein bio distribution, matrix stability, barrier permeability, and target engagement/turnover
  • Effective communicator who can capture and communicate data-driven concepts to inform project teams for movement of the pre-clinical pipeline
  • Possesses a strong working knowledge of cell culture, manipulation, and analytical approaches (e.g. iPSC differentiation/culture, stable mammalian transfection, flow cytometry, fluorescence microscopy)
  • Emphasize technology development that can be enabling of in vitro PKDM assessments
  • Design biological and/or biophysical experiments in support of both drug discovery and early development programs, and operating within a modality-independent framework.
  • Requires an individual that can work collaboratively in a fast-paced work environment
