Experience in project management and budgeting

Manage the training team of the Region/Country with an accurate project management approach, sharing calendars, timing, programs, evaluation, etc

Effectively manages the training budget.

Manages the LMS locally for store training needs; and works effectively with platform and dashboards.

5+ years of work experience as a Store/Retail Trainer with a special focus on delivering Client Journey and Clienteling training

Luxury Retail experience is preferred

Project Management: proposal, execution, and delivery of projects.

Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in Administration, Business, Management or related field.

Verbal and written communication skills (persuasive, diplomatic communication skills with experience in presentations and proposal writing).

Time management- ability to manage time and resources effectively in a deadline-driven environment.

You will be partnering with luxury and premium brands to help them transform and drive business impact through customer experience.

Maintaining and nurturing your client portfolio by offering white glove service and added value.

Develop & facilitate Training Programs in the East Coast on the topics of product knowledge and selling ceremony.

Strong communication & listening skills.

Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment.

At least 3-5 Years of Training experience, preferably in a retail environment.

Strong presentation, organization & interpersonal skills.

Strong computer skills with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel.

Effective time management and organization skills

Project Management capabilities with the ability to work independently, while maintaining all deadlines and critical obligations

Deep understanding of retail operations landscape including inventory management process.

Develop, deliver, and evolve a full suite of knowledge materials to support operational processes and systems.

5 years of experience in the luxury retail industry is essential, especially in an operational capacity

Excellent problem solver with analytical capabilities

Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a training professional, with minimum 3 years at managerial level preferred

Manage the development of, and continuously challenge, retail training programs

Strong presentation / facilitation skills - the candidate should be able to successfully facilitate trainings to any size of audiences

Power Point expertise, with proved graphic skills and attention to details

Strategize and develop Americas retail training priorities, ownership, execution, and calendar in partnership with VP Retail, merchandising and CRM teams

Measure the success of programs through KPIs/metrics, mystery shop & NPS results and act on insights

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word), specifically excellent skills in PowerPoint

At least 6 months of prior experience

Knowledge of Fashion GPS and Adobe programs preferred (e.g., Photoshop, InDesign, Creative Suite)

Creative ability strongly desired in conjunction with graphic design skills

Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask and problem solve; self starter

Strong interpersonal, communication and follow-through skills
