The Retail Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a retail distribution center. This includes managing the staff, ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders, and maintaining a safe and secure working environment. The Retail Distribution Center Supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that the distribution center meets all customer service and quality standards. The Retail Distribution Center Supervisor is responsible for the following duties:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the distribution center staff
• Ensure that orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
• Monitor the inventory levels and order new stock as needed
• Ensure that the distribution center is in compliance with all safety regulations
• Develop and implement procedures to improve the efficiency of the distribution center
• Monitor the performance of the staff and provide feedback and coaching as needed
• Ensure that customer service standards are met
