**Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Jacksonville location, working first shift from 3:30 AM-12/Noon Mon-Friday. This role will include a rotating Saturday schedule.**
What You Will Do
As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory in Jacksonville.
Roles And Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between distribution and sales
• Manages drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked
• Manage and audit team members' timekeeping
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues

For This Role, You Will Need

• Requires experience managing people/budgets
• High school diploma or GED
• Years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Familiarity with DOT regulations
• 1

**Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:**

• CDL A license preferred
• 1
• Years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred
• Intermediate computer and database application skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
