Coke Florida is looking for a Distribution Supervisor based out of our Palm Beach location.

What You Will Do

As a Coke Florida Distribution Supervisor, you will be responsible for the effective and efficient distribution of product and management of drivers within a specific territory in Tampa.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Staff, train, evaluate and develop team members
• Serve as liaison between distribution and sales
• Ensure adherence to delivery standards, efficiencies, and regulatory requirements
• Manage and audit team members' timekeeping
• Manage within labor and OPEX budget
• Establish and maintain positive customer relationships, resolve customer issues
• Manages drivers' delivery schedules and hours worked

For This Role, You Will Need

• 1+ years of experience in consumer products/direct store delivery
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license and driving record within MVR policy guidelines
• Requires experience managing people/budgets
• Familiarity with DOT regulations

Additional qualifications that will make you successful in this role:

• CDL A license preferred
• 1+ years supervising distribution/delivery staff preferred
• Intermediate computer and database application skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
