Integrate and collaborate with the F&B Manager and BOH Leadership Team to grow a dynamic, challenging and trusting work place environment.
Motivate and coach all staff members to maximize sales and guest satisfaction by utilizing menu knowledge and suggestive selling techniques.
Certification in the TIPS alcohol awareness program is required; workshops will be provided if not currently certified.
Seasonal position starts in late-May - June and extends through mid-September 2023
Schedule Varies: Average 45-50 hours/week
