Overview A Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the reservations process for a hotel, resort, or other hospitality business. They are responsible for ensuring that all reservations are handled in a timely and efficient manner, as well as providing excellent customer service to guests. Detailed Job Description A Reservations Manager is responsible for overseeing the reservations process for a hotel, resort, or other hospitality business. This includes managing the reservations staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring that all reservations are handled in a timely and efficient manner. The Reservations Manager is also responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests, ensuring that all guests have a pleasant experience. Additionally, the Reservations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all reservations are accurate and up to date, as well as ensuring that all reservations are properly documented.
