Cruise Reservations Representative Jobs

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated people with a passion for travel to work remotely. The ideal person should have great interpersonal and communication skills, is well organized, good with computers, has a high attention for detail, likes to learn, can multi-task, and is goal oriented.

Description:

• Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and activities available to cruisers
• Research and recommend cruise destinations to clients
• Follow-up with clients and prepare them for their travel event
• Attend daily webinars and training
• Create itineraries and invoices for group and family cruises

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must be comfortable working in a remote setting
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications

Requirements:

• Training will be provided
• Must be 18 years or older and be authorized work in the US, Mexico or Australia
• Computer or smart phone required with wifi /internet access
• Remote 1099 opportunity
• No experience necessary
