Yellowstone Club’s Member Services department is currently seeking candidates for a Reservations Concierge.

The purpose of the Reservations Concierge is to be the most extraordinary “first impression” Members and receive when they reach out to coordinate all aspects of their stay. They assist with various tasks prior to and during visits and provide information about the Club. Reservations Concierge is responsible for guest tracking and management, dining reservations, event registrations and check-in, transportation and rental car booking, outdoor pursuits reservations, spa/salon/fitness reservations, golf reservations, lodging reservations, etc.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provides accurate and timely information regarding services, events, and local area activities.
• Seeks the most efficient manner in which to meet Member expectations.
• Digitally interact with Members, guests, and prospective Members to obtain and disperse information digitally.
• Understand and effectively complete Member and guest registration on a daily basis.

Position Requirements:

• Experience Working at Large Club, Resort or Private Club.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service.

The position offered is a Full-Time Year Round position located in Bozeman, Montana.
