Remote Technical Support Agent Jobs in Ohio

1+ year's experience in a related field providing Customer Service Support

Experience with Allen Bradley and Schneider PLC controls platforms

Experience with controls hardware troubleshooting

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Participates in the support of semi-complex systems that integrate hardware and software.

Provides support in semi-complex material specification, schematic troubleshooting and appropriate follow-up.

Prior experience with case management systems (Salesforce preferred) and bug ticketing and tracking systems (JIRA preferred).

Experience creating knowledge articles that include resolution details and steps for internal and external use.

Knowledge of and experience with Linux, SQL and Oracle systems

Broadcast and/or cable industry experience and knowledge

Use internal knowledge base to assist with troubleshooting and modify existing articles or write new knowledge articles as required.

3 – 5 years of experience in a client-facing technical role providing client-facing technical/engineering support in a software or cloud environment.

Provide effective and consistent communication to management, peers, and escalation resources in support of our customers.

Strong knowledge and ability to speak and write in the English language. Additional language skills are a plus!

Gain knowledge of all of CORSAIR’s products, uses, interoperability, and 3 rd party integrations.

Engage additional resources when necessary to provide a great customer experience.

Strong customer service skills and an eagerness to collaborate with multiple teams.
