5+ years’ experience as a Benefits Administrator

Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Conduct new hire orientation and presents benefits overview.

Responds and resolve benefits issues escalated by the HR Service Center.

Provide accurate and timely responses to all internal and external benefit inquiries in the benefits inbox.

Experience working within a Human Capital Management (HCM) or Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

In-depth knowledge of benefits regulations, including COBRA, HIPAA, ERISA, ACA, Section 125 and other applicable laws

Benefits are subject to generally applicable eligibility, waiting period, contribution, and other requirements and conditions.

Research and resolve complex benefits, leave of absence, and vendor issues.

Relevant certification (CEBS, CBP, SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

· Provides consultative feedback to Implementations and Account Management surrounding benefits designs and client requests.

*This is a non-HR related role. This role focuses on non- customer facing benefits administration responsibilities**

Provide technical assistance and support to all US employees and Human Resource Managers.

The Benefits/LOA specialist reports to the North Americas Associate Service Center (NAASC) Total Rewards Benefits Manager.

Research and manages employee, manager, and human resources business partner (HRBP) questions and escalations through the case management tool.

Bachelor’s Degree with a professional HR/Business Administration qualification or Diploma with equivalent working experience

Previous experience in the operation and administration of Benefit Programs
