Regional Facilities Coordinator Jobs in Illinois

Experience with facilities management of multiple locations in indoor entertainment, retail, restaurant, or related industries.

Experience working with preventative maintenance systems (Computerized Maintenance Management System “CMMS”).

Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities

Proactive in the development of processes and procedures for facilities management.

Manages capital projects, equipment replacement, minor retrofit and enhancement, and other initiatives.

Minimum of 5-7 years of facilities, repair, and maintenance experience.

1-2 years experience with facilities management coordination

1 year experience with budget management

Manage, track, and resolve day-to-day facilities requests including maintenance tickets, building repairs, employee space planning and follow-up with vendors.

1-2 years of experience in Human Resources preferred

1-2 years of experience with employment compliance or HR audits

1 year experience managing vendor agreements

Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skill.

Experience with management of business finances

Ability to work with management systems and variety of skilled/unskilled, professional, administrative, and industry personnel.

Experience with facilities management and IDIQ estimating

Collaboratively work with EGS senior leadership and staff managers on SG&A control and P&L management.

Oversee and manage Site-Base staff.

Knowledge in maintenance with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical a PLUS

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

Written and verbal communication skills

Coordinate major and minor issues and repairs with equipment and buildings

Complete maintenance and repair work orders in a timely fashion

Order and replace broken parts or equipment
