Regional Facilities Coordinator Jobs in Arizona

Creates and Manages files on all and shipments and prepares shipping receiving reports for leaders, as needed.

Requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in shipping & receiving, maintenance, repair, and servicing of complex facility related issues.

Experience troubleshooting facility-related issues (i.e., plumbing, electrical circuits, HVAC, security alarms, etc.)

Working knowledge of computer applications, including Word and Excel and CMMS Programs.

Strong decision making and organization skills, accurate, and detail-oriented

Excellent communication (oral and written) skills

Previous knowledge and experience in Coupa or similar purchasing/procurement systems

Previous knowledge and experience in Asgard or similar maintenance/inventory control systems

Manage and resolve issues regarding PO to invoice discrepancies, returns and quality issues with suppliers and internal departments for categories managed

Previous experience in the shipping/receiving/facilities department.

Excellent written, verbal and organizational skills

Ensure that the Facilities Management Services are performed and delivered in accordance with contracts, proposals and strategies.

Participate in any site level Local Emergency Management Team meetings when required

Manage third-party contractors/vendors engaged in operating and maintaining properties.

3+ years of related experience in facilities

Completion of HSD or equivalent education

Ensure that the buildings for which responsibility is held are presentable, clean, safe and an acceptable environment for occupants and visitors.
