Regional Corporate Security Manager Jobs

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (4 Years) in public safety, security and/or emergency management or a similar field.

2+ years of program management experience.

Demonstrated knowledge of principles and practices of security/emergency management, including security preventative practices and the four phases of emergency management.

Certified Threat Manager (CTM) certification by the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals (ATAP) preferred

Lead and own all responsibilities related to Fire Safety and Emergency Action Plans

Support Fire/Life Safety efforts on behalf of the organization as directed by Sr. Manager/Director

Manage the Uline Workplace Violence Prevention process within the region.

7+ years of experience in corporate security, law enforcement or military service.

Professional Security Certification, e.g. Certified Protection Professional (CPP).

Oversee security processes and policies to reduce risk, respond to incidents and limit exposure and liability in all areas of risk.

Must be familiar with access control systems and functions, CCTV, guard force management, security operations and functions.

General managerial, administrative, and planning skills.

Budget, forecast, and manage contracts for the activities above.

Hire and manage contract/proprietary guard force personnel for day-to-day operations and special events.

Skill to work collaboratively with other corporate functions including Human Resources, Accounting, Treasury, Legal, Transportation, and others.

Maintain good relations with internal Operational Management, in order to provide adequate support.

Knowledge and experience within a security field (perhaps police or military).

Partner with the Regional Health and Safety Manager to ensure seamless communication with the sites.

Experience in similar or related role.

Minimize the risk to the company of theft of customer product or company/customer property.

Ability to interact with personnel at all levels internally and externally.

Minimum of five years of progressive BOH food service management experience required

Minimum of two years BOH food service management experience in a multi-unit setting required

Minimum of three years P&L experience in management capacity

Manage, coordinate, and develop building emergency plans, evacuations, emergency plans, AED program, and related policies procedures and training.

Oversee and manage regional contract guard services and special requests.

Manage regional executive protection program and support executive plan recovery efforts.

Experience dealing with/communicating with ownership groups and asset management.

Experience working collaboratively with revenue management & operation teams.

Partner with Revenue Management and General Manager to develop and execute strategic sales and revenue strategies to positively affect revenues.

Utilize STS (Sales Management System) and PMS (Property Management System) to enter all account information and activities produced.

Perform other duties as requested by management.

Assist General Manager with achievement of annual budget through a targeted and focused sales effort.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Exceptional adaptability skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.

5+ years security, law enforcement, or military experience.

Superb written and verbal communications skills, as well as being an exceptional collaborator.

Strong organizational skills necessary to document and track matters from inception to resolution.

Work in conjunction with the Security Technology team to resolve security technology outages and assist with security system design/upgrades.

Provide security training and updates on ongoing security procedures.

Preferred experience includes elements of emergency/incident response and/or threat management.

Ensuring management of contract Security Officers (as applicable) and working in collaboration with building security guard force.

Establishing and maintaining active relationships with key stakeholders and management at all CAA offices in the region.

Fostering productive and ongoing relationships with applicable property management representatives (building security, facilities, etc.,) at leased properties wherein CAA operates.

Facilitating tabletop exercises at local and regional offices focused on emergency preparedness, crisis management, resilience, etc.

7+ years physical security experience, with at least several years in a corporate/private sector setting.

Possesses basic computer skills necessary for report writing, interdepartmental communication, and records management.

Demonstrates an ability to multitask with strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.

Manages incidents ensuring swift resolution, minimal disruption, and identifying lessons to improve processes and responses continually.

Manages and administers physical security operations at company offices throughout assigned area of responsibility.

Demonstrates solid interpersonal skills, professional judgment, problem-solving skills, and an ability to handle and direct personnel in stressful situations.
