Affiliated systems management experience i.e. Work task management program, enterprise data reporting, mobile business applications- 3 years

Project management and preventative maintenance programs - 3 year

Forecast, manage, and execute expense and capital investments to meet or exceed set budgets, brand standards, jurisdictional/legal compliance, and performance metrics

Manage and coach supplier performance to optimize a balance of cost, performance metrics, and service

Basic knowledge of database queries and analysis

3+ years of commercial or residential property management experience

Lead a team of 10-15 Facility Supervisors in the management of 60-100 individual storage facilities within your assigned region

Collaborate with members of Operations Management to accomplish initiatives aligned with business goals

Possesses a strong management presence and leadership ability

Remotely audit facilities and the work of your team through virtual assessments and the use of other technology

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that inspire and motivate

5+ years relevant work experience in tech sales; solar and storage experience a plus

Past experience building networks and relationships at all levels of an organization (internal & external)

Support a number of B2B accounts that sell and install Powerwall & Powerwall+.

Demonstrates working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, Clinical Trial Management Systems, IVRS/IWRS and Electronic Data Capture platforms

2 years of experience supporting clinical trials. No In-House or site level experience will be considered

Identifies, researches, and resolves dealer issues using analytical skills and Salesforce Client Relationship Management

5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or related role

Advises dealers on sound business practices, such as maintaining financial statements, working capital management, and SG&A planning

Bachelor’s degree with some quantitative studies; Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred

3-5 years’ experience in residential solar sales, insurance sales, or home improvement

Strong communications skills and the ability to create relationships with outside partners to effectively influence behavior required

Great collaboration and time-management skills

Virtual outreach with new marketing strategies, service offerings, and customer experience feedback

Manages and tracks all touch points, including visits, meetings, phone, and virtual connections

Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role or related industry

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Establish trusted relationships with customers that enables customer retention, growth, and shared success.

Distributor management experience a plus

Manage the adherence to safety, quality, maintenance, and testing standards.

Identify individual training and skills development criteria to meet departmental needs.

Manage and issue periodic financials reports for the regional center.

Working knowledge of Americas international transportation air, ocean, and other modes of transportation, as well as regional regulatory requirements

High business acumen with carrier management, rate negotiation and carrier/fleet scorecards.

Minimum two (2) years TMS experience

Minimum five (5) years compliance experience.

Distribution and Key Account Management

The Market Manager reports directly to the Director of Sales – East.

•Conduct product education / samplings, educate store personnel and consumers and complete post sampling recap.

•Resourceful, creative and organized with ability to manage timelines, budgets and event logistics

•Excellent communication and selling skills (both verbal and written).

At least 4 years of management experience

At least 10 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge

At least 8 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge

At least 12 years of customer service experience and technical product knowledge

Industry Experience working for an OEM or Dealership in the field

Experience presenting to all levels of an organization.
