  • Advise and problem-solve as situations arise, assisting with prioritization of tasks as necessary
  • Collaborate with members of Operations Management to accomplish initiatives aligned with business goals
  • Lead a team of 10-15 Facility Supervisors in the management of 60-100 individual storage facilities within your assigned region
  • Work with the People Team to drive employee success with your direct and indirect reports
  • Remotely audit facilities and the work of your team through virtual assessments and the use of other technology
  • Optimize resources to accomplish tasks among the properties, ensuring adequate coverage during staffing constraints
  • Regularly monitor the quality of work of your direct reports to ensure tasks are completed in an adequate and timely manner
You have

  • 3+ years of commercial or residential property management experience
  • The ability to travel up to 25% of the time on occasion
  • A high degree of empathy regarding customer and employee needs and are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals
