Overview Real Property Specialists are responsible for managing the real estate portfolio of an organization. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization’s real estate assets are managed in a cost-effective and efficient manner. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, including leasing, purchasing, and disposing of real estate assets. Detailed Job Description Real Property Specialists are responsible for managing the real estate portfolio of an organization. They must be knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate, including leasing, purchasing, and disposing of real estate assets. They must be able to analyze market trends and develop strategies to maximize the value of the organization’s real estate portfolio. They must be able to negotiate and manage leases, purchase agreements, and other real estate contracts. They must be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. They must be able to develop and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations

Job Qualifications

• Knowledge of real estate financing
• Knowledge of real estate appraisal and valuation
Job Experience
• Previous experience in real estate management
• Previous experience in real estate leasing and/or purchasing
• Previous experience in developing and implementing policies and procedures
