Monitors, tracks, and communicates trends in their division area to the Studio Manager and collaborates on solutions

Balances analysis, experience, and integrity when making decisions for the overall business

Understands when to take action and when to escalate to the Studio Manager

Demonstrated experience and skills in the advancement and nurturing of boys and young men of color

Perform other duties as assigned.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills, project management, and business operations experience.

2+ years of management experience of leading a team made up of individual contributors.

Track performance of direct reports regularly and conduct performance management reviews in sync with WeWork’s People Calendar.

5+ years or equivalent experience in hospitality, marketing, multi-unit retail, startups, finance, consulting, or related experience. Customer service experience required.

Assume ownership and manage the relationship with key accounts within the multiple buildings you oversee.

Accurate tracking and facilitation of the Manager, MBK Chicago’s travel arrangements and expenses

Possess a High school diploma, GED or work experience equivalent is a plus\

Must pass a drug test/ background check and be able to obtain airport security clearance.\ \ Physical Requirements foraRamp Agent:\

Marshals inbound aircraft intoramparea of assigned gate.\

Unload-Load cargo and mail from aircraft bins while plane is parked at thegate.\

Pushes back outbound aircraft out of the gate area.\

Performs FOD walks in the ramp area between flights.\

1-3+ years of similar work experience

Knowledge of paid search, CPG or e-commerce is preferred but not required

Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and take initiative in a high paced environment

High attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills and creative problem solver

Collaborate with the Sales Team to build and maintain CPG advertiser relationships

Educate, engage and encourage CPG advertisers to activate e-commerce campaigns on a world-class digital grocery platform

Understanding and Use of Dispatch, Communication, and Train Management Software

Provide internal/external customer service with professional interpersonal skills.

Appropriately manage both passenger (high speed, long distance, and suburban) and freight traffic

Knowledge and familiarity with the geography and characteristics of dispatch district

Knowledge and protection of the Federal Hours of Service Law, Federal Train Sheet Law, Federal Railroad Radio Rules, etc.
