·Have the following educational credentials: Bachelors with a minimum of three years of leadership experience

Experience in a senior manager role.

Master’s in Public Health, or equivalent combination of related degree area and work experience.

At least seven years’ experience:

Conducting community engagement activities with a preference for experience with underserved communities.

At least five years’ experience in the following areas:

Assist in data entry-team scheduling and training.

Clinics are held in community settings throughout the metro. Applicant must be able to travel to clinics.

Operates with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy a variety of equipment and software (PCs, Microsoft Suite, Excel, Outlook, etc.)

Creates data tracking tools such as dashboards, surveys, and databases to facilitate program evaluation and reporting.

Evaluates clinical outcomes and data analysis for community clinical care programs to provide insights and recommendations for program leadership.

Provides technical resources and assists with program implementation at community events and clinics.

· Strong project management skills with an ability to coordinate various groups and to manage multiple projects.

Working knowledge of 14 CFR, Part 5, Safety Management Systems

Develop and manage audit and finding processes within electronic recordkeeping systems.

Manage Company initiated investigations and follow-up actions.

Special assignments as designated by the Director Safety or Senior Manager of Safety

Possess strong leadership, written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Implement service management solutions to deliver client value

Manage team performance, including escalated issues, hiring new employees, task delegation, conflict resolution, career development, training, and reviews

5-7 years’ progressive experience in managing project budgets, schedules, resources, subcontracts and staff

Business development and proposal writing experience

Design and analysis of prospective and retrospective studies to assess the impact of programs and policies on key outcomes

Lead the OMB/PRA and other clearance processes for data collection as required
