Provider Contracts Manager Jobs

Direct and manage the workload for a team of contract administrators to ensure all required support of the P&L is met.

Holding a CPCM or equivalent certification is a plus.

Minimum of 10 years of direct contract administration experience; 15 years or more preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of supervisory experience of multiple employees in Contracts; 10 years or more preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills and is able to prepare complex contracts documents.

Extensive experience in negotiating large, complex contracts as both a prime contractor and a subcontractor.

Detailed knowledge of FAR and DFARS requirements

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

Extensive experience negotiating terms and conditions of the contracts agreements that will govern relationships (Prime and Sub)

Have a working knowledge of FFP/FPIF/ CPAF/CPIF/CPFF/T&M and hybrid contract types

Have a working knowledge of DPAS and Export Regulations

Possess excellent verbal and written skills to communicate effectively with various functional groups at all levels, both internal and external

This is a remote position based on Eastern Time. Talkspace Headquarters is located in NYC*

Design and create training content for a network of remote providers in collaboration with Clinical and cross-functional SMEs.

Manage relationships with LMS Account Managers, Customer Success Manager, and serve as the main point of contact for our vendor relationship.

You have 3+ years of experience in training and development, working with healthcare professionals or a large distributed workforce.

Your background is in instructional design & curriculum development, and you possess robust knowledge of adult learning methods.

You have previous experience with training delivery; designing online, instructor-led, and blended training content for individual courses and comprehensive curricula.

Responsible for ISO 9001 certification and Quality Management System is compliant and certified.

Take ownership of the customer relationship and the provision of business counsel to the Program Management Teams.

Requires a bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience in contracts, business, or related field,

Excellent communication skills to be able to interface with all levels of internal and external customers.

Experience developing and maintaining high-performance relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

Perform as key contributor during the pre-proposal strategy, proposal development, negotiation and start up phases of programs.

At least 2 years of contracts management experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech, software and/or university setting.

Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills.

General alliance management responsibilities are required, including:

Data entry in the relevant databases.

Knowledge of business matters in the pharmaceutical/biotech industry, including software and artificial intelligence (AI) related contracts preferred.

Working understanding of legal terminology and has experience drafting and negotiating contracts.

Demonstrated research integrity policy knowledge (Conflicts, IRB, DSMB, IBC, IACUC, etc).

Demonstrated proficiency working with the implementation of an electronic research administration system and a broad range of ITS skills.

Approximately 4 years of experience in industry sponsored and other sponsored contract interpretation and negotiations.

Approximately 2 years of experience in healthcare or other directly relevant work experience.

Executes growth strategies by setting performance goals and growth targets for the contracts group. Tracks, validates and reports on performance metrics.

Reviews and approves legal agreements drafted and negotiated by the contracting staff. May be delegated with the authority to sign documents.

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field preferred, or 5 years equivalent education and experience.

Project Management training a plus.

· May perform additional duties and special assignments as directed by management.

Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, and Teams).

Experience working with distributors (both Domestic and International) a plus.

Close attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and / or National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Certification.

Knowledge of contract management, project management, and records management

Manage large, complex subcontractor and supplier portfolio involving procurement of professional services, software, hardware, and maintenance.

Prevents and manages escalated situations through strategic and targeted communications with senior stakeholders and delivers difficult messages as needed.

5+ years experience managing complex government and/or commercial contracts at a large-scale corporation, law firm, or government entity or related.

Paralegal experience and / or Juris Doctorate degree with bar admission (active or inactive)

At least 5 years of demonstrable experience and success in project management, grants management, or contract coordination

Provide timely updates and reports on the progress, challenges, and outcomes of grants management projects to stakeholders;

Foster effective collaboration between Program Operations and Administrative functions, promoting a cohesive and efficient contracts management process;

Facilitate cross-functional meetings and serve as a liaison to address and resolve issues that arise during the contracts management process;

Provide project management support to ensure the timely execution of grants and address any challenges or issues that may arise;

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational management, or other related fields

Experience in emergency management and federal, state, and local government contracts.

Advanced experience in contract preparation, revision, and management.

Job Title: Emergency Management Contracts Manager

Conduct management of full life-cycle contract management in partnership with other stakeholders.

Advanced to expert level knowledge and experience with federal contracts.

Equivalency: Professional experience beyond minimum requirements, in a related field may substitute the bachelor's degree on a year for year basis.

5+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain or contracts administration role (or paralegal role with equivalent contracts experience).

Strong contract development, review, redlining & negotiating experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Knowledge of basic business law provisions around contracts (i.e, termination, breach, etc.)

Working knowledge of federal and state regulations around physician contracts (i.e., Stark, Anti-Kickback, Anti-Referral, etc.)

Ability to manage, organize, prioritize, multi-task and adapt to changing priorities.

General Job Qualifications and Requirements:

Administers federal contracts and subcontracts, including modifications, correspondence, documentation, certification, contractual and compliance reporting; maintains contract and subcontract log.

Maintains, documents and improves current knowledge of relevant contractual procedures and practices.

3 to 5 years’ experience in the Federal contracts and compliance areas.

Knowledge of contracting principles and terminology including Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Familiarity with Ironclad, a contract management software tool

Negotiation skills: You can negotiate internally within the business, and assist with negotiations externally with a counterparty to make reasonable changes.

Experience working at a law firm or in-house legal team

Proficient written and verbal communication skills - including reasonable and customary business etiquette

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to successfully handle multiple concurrent tasks/assignments simultaneously: attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy

Proficient with MS Office and GSuite

Bachelor’s degree in business or an acceptable combination of education and experience.

Manage the relationship with insurance contacts, ensuring certificates of insurance (COIs) are completed according to district requests.

Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal administrative experience not required but considered a plus.

A minimum of three to five years of experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.

Knowledge of contracts, best practices and implications, objectives, and ramifications of contractual provisions.

In conjunction with Director/Manager Provider Contracts, negotiates high priority physician group and facility contracts using Preferred, Acceptable, Discouraged, Unacceptable (PADU) guidelines.

Assesses contract language for compliance with Corporate standards and regulatory requirements and review revised language with assigned MHI attorney.
