Deliver hands-on training to merchant staff, equipping them with the skills to effectively utilize the Bbot platform for optimal results.

Design and implement strategic programs across processes, products, and personnel to drive key performance metrics and enhance merchant satisfaction.

Create effective training materials to empower merchant staff with a clear understanding of the Bbot platform, encouraging adoption and utilization.

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Management or equivalent.

Proven 3 years experience as a Product Manager.

Put to action: translate user needs and insights into product requirements by distilling user problems, writing hypotheses, and describing desired outcomes.

Experience using data to craft strategic decisions. This is a sophisticated challenging space, requiring experience with experimentation and data-driven decision-making.

Build a vision: define a product vision for the team and identify near and long-term initiatives to build your product roadmap.

Align teams: work closely with cross-functional teams such as Matching, Eng, Data Science, and Operations to align business and product strategy.

Lead the user experience of products end-to-end, including contributing to product strategy, running design sprints, creating visions, and establishing frameworks

Push the creative boundaries of our merchant experiences with your design explorations through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual design

Design and ship high-quality product experiences

You have 5+ years of work experience

You think at a systems level and can translate complexity into intuitive experiences and considers every facet of the user journey

You skillfully balance strategy, research, interaction design, and visual design to achieve simple and elegant solutions

Use your product thinking, visual design, interaction, and prototyping skills to help envision and ship features for our core commerce platform.

Use customer and first-principle thinking to collaborate with a smart and motivated team to land impact.
