Minimum of 3 years’ experience in successful medical device sales with spine surgeons and hospital systems

Experience aligning hospital stakeholders to adopt disruptive technology is preferred

Experience in selling strategies to hospital executives is preferred

Experience in accelerating the Capital Sales Process

3+ years’ experience displaying dynamic leadership skills to manage and motivate third party sales teams preferred

Key Skills And Experience Required

Develop, manage and/or maximize partnerships to drive improved performance

Outstanding sales experience and track record in CPG industry (Beverage Preferred)

Distributor and Supplier experience preferred

Excellent communication skills, including presentation and training ability

Demonstrate proficiency in using customer relationship management systems

Maintain and grow Capital One Auto Finance’s leading position as a national full credit spectrum auto lender

Thrive in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment, acquiring and maintaining high levels of product, service, and process knowledge

Demonstrate the ability to work remotely and independently with ample self-motivation and discipline

Possess superior relationship building, consulting, and closing skills

Have exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills

Develop and maintain relationships with distributor management and distributor sales representatives. Schedule and conduct end user events at the dealer yard

Develop and manage a target/conversion list of dealers, architects, builders, remodelers and contractors/installers.

3-10+ years related outside sales experience

Sales process experience, particularly in consultative selling and negotiation

Your Primary Duties And Responsibilities Will Be

Provide in-field training to builders, remodelers, installers and other end users as appropriate.
