Actual pay will vary based on qualifications and other factors

Grow & maintain MasterBrand sales for Lowe’s home improvement stores in the designated territory.

Train and become mentors for new Lowe’s in-store designers.

Minimum seven (7) years electrical industry sales/marketing and/or engineering experience

Minimum of five (5) years of experience completing drawing take-offs & quotations for electrical distribution and control systems

10+ years of electrical industry sales experience

Previous experience managing people and channels

Superior knowledge of sales techniques, customers, customer relations and employee development

Strong knowledge of managing products, product applications and distribution channels

Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance

Minimum 2 years of successful outside sales experience in a service related industry

Self-motivated, with proven relationship sales skills and a track record of exceeding sales goals

Complete a sales report, in office call report, and confirmed sales call report each week

Be aware of local activities and attend functions to represent the hotels (Chamber meetings, trade shows, etc)

Conduct outgoing sales calls each week
