Procurement Senior Manager Jobs in Utah

Minimum 7 years of category management experience with multinational organizations. Previous experience with Manufacturing Equipment and Construction is an asset.

Proven experience in people, stakeholder and project management.

Ensure that appropriate Supplier Relationship Management programs are in place for strategic and critical suppliers in the concerned categories of spend.

Very strong analytic and negotiation skills.

Experience in contracting to include but not be limited to Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, Amendments and NDAs.

Lead the supplier selection, risk assessment and contract negotiation process for key projects.

Lead global category initiatives to deliver key category performance indicators including pricing, cost savings, supplier rationalization, supply availability, and risk management.

Knowledge and experience of MRP and ERP systems, preferably Oracle systems.

Manage the supplier selection process in conjunction with Quality Assurance

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

5 yrs. experience in progressive procurement.

Proven experience in Root Cause Analysis.

Lead global category initiatives to deliver key category performance indicators including pricing, cost savings, supplier rationalization, supply availability, and risk management.

Bachelor’s Degree with 3+ years of experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, and vendor management.

Experience managing a third party or vendor risk management program.

Lead cross-functional management to plan sourcing strategies and supplier management programs aligned with business objectives.

Review Carta’s current procurement processes and provide recommendations for process improvement. Drive change management initiatives to improve processes.

Degree with a major in one of the following: Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering.

Proactively manage upcoming procurement actions such as project timelines, contract renewals, notices, and negotiations.
