Job Details for Process Excellence Coordinator:
  • Additional job duties can be discussed directly with the recruiter.
  • Looking for someone who has excellent verbal and written communication skills, research skills, and presentation skills about findings and ideas for process improvements,
  • Helping large medical group organizations improve the processes and workflows of each care center
Minimum Requirements for Process Excellence Coordinator:
  • A minimum 3 year applicable experience in process improvement or similar healthcare administration and operations roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Operation Management, Health Administration, Organizational Psychology, or Industrial Engineering.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills, especially in an ambiguous problem-solving environment, including leading group sessions
  • Proven project management skills
  • Experience with project management tools, Microsoft Office Preferred
  • Lean Certified
