Apply problem solving skills to address, prioritize, and structure issues (whether agreement specific or broader GCP business issues).

Coordinate the development of the cost proposal with contributing sources including Capture Management, Pricing Strategy, Contracts, Procurement, and technical personnel

Assist Pricing management with training, cost proposal review, policy compliance initiatives and the review and refinement of policies, procedures, and toolsets

Specific requirements in each of the client’s solicitations

5+ years of experience in pricing cost proposals for US Federal Government clients

Strong Knowledge pricing all contract types (FFP, CR, T&M, IDIQ, and OTA)

Possess advanced skills using Excel

Partner with outside sales representatives and account managers to understand payment versus accrual variances and adjust rebate forecast accordingly

Assist in process improvements and projects to streamline rebate processes, improve the customer experience, and support department objectives.

Bachelors Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance required

Possess in-depth knowledge of Bank and product hierarchies, accounting standards, and management accounting concepts required

Leads partnership with senior line of business management and Treasury functions to execute portfolio pricing initiatives and relationship profitability reviews.

Works with fee-based product managers to establish product profitability, understand product costs, and drive efficiencies to achieved targeted margins.

Prior experience managing larger projects and process improvement initiatives required

Comfortable and skilled in managing across multiple senior executive lead stakeholder groups to achieve results and implement necessary changes required

Excellent analytic, interpersonal, communication, time management. and presentation skills.

Collaborate with a Pursuit Team made up of personnel from Sales, Product Management, Services, Legal, and other departments.

Creation of a Business Management Review for products, services, and systems detailing price, cost, and gross margin.

In addition to pricing responsibilities, assume a coordinating “proposal lead” role to complete less complex and well-defined solutions proposals.

Analytical skills to assess, debug, and improve pricing/costing tools.

Strong customer orientation, analytical capabilities, proactivity, result-driven mindset.

1 year Finance or Accounting related experience

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), and accurate data entry.

Intermediate MS computer and information systems skills.

Prefer experience in pricing analysis and pricing strategies

Distribution industry experience is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree is required, or in place of a degree, 1-2 years of relevant experience
