- Facilitate weekly meeting , publish action items/minutes , update/manage open items to completion
- Coordinate project resource changes, including space, equipment, and update of project documentation (team lists, organization charts)
- Assist in identifying changes required to the matrix
- Create PowerPoint and Visio documentation to facilitate understanding of complex project issues to document project or process flows
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Closely work with the program manager and project managers to provide project management support
- Provide Project Central support for the PMO including new project set up, security role changes, documentation management
- Create status report for the week , facilitate weekly meeting , publish action items/minutes Manage and document the approval process
- SharePoint Admin , Folder/site creation and maintenance , manage permissioning
- Co-ordinating the compilation of project management reports
- Onboard/offboard consultants , submit tickets for account extension , facilitate initial onboarding credentials with new hires
- Works closely with the PMO team to provide project management support/guidance on established processes
- 5+ years of experience in a role as PMO coordinator or project manager
- 5 years of related experience
- Strong collaboration skills, situational flexibility, and ability to work well in fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Sense of ownership and urgency for task and initiatives
- Ability to complete MS Excel formulas for Finance report creation
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely using presentations and verbal or written means
- Demonstrated success supporting execution at the program and portfolio levels
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Ability to take initiative, follow through on tasks and activities, and produce meaningful results with minimal supervision
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Project
- Ability to apply critical thinking to understand and solve portfolio challenges
