The People Partner Manager is also responsible for creating and implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention. The People Partner Manager is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures related to employee relations, performance management, and compensation. They are also responsible for developing and delivering training programs to ensure that employees are aware of their rights and responsibilities. The People Partner Manager is responsible for managing the recruitment process, including screening and interviewing candidates, and making hiring decisions. Job Qualifications
