Overview People and Culture Business Partners are responsible for providing strategic advice and support to the organization on all aspects of people and culture. They are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent, as well as ensuring that the organization’s culture and values are upheld. Detailed Job Description People and Culture Business Partners are responsible for developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent. They are responsible for understanding the organization’s culture and values and ensuring that they are upheld. They must be able to identify and address any issues that may arise in the workplace and provide guidance to managers and employees. They must also be able to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Additionally, they must be able to provide advice and guidance on employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary action, and grievances. • Professional certification in human resources (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)

• Knowledge of organizational development and change management
• Knowledge of employee relations and performance management
Job Experience
