Overview An Outbound Business Development Representative is responsible for generating leads and sales opportunities through outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach. They are also responsible for researching potential customers, understanding their needs, and developing relationships with them. Detailed Job Description The Outbound Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, researching their needs, and developing relationships with them. They will use outbound sales activities such as cold calling, emailing, and other forms of outreach to generate leads and sales opportunities. They will also be responsible for tracking and managing customer data, providing customer service, and helping to close sales. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Ability to research and identify potential customers
• Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
