Together with Tyto Insights™ AI-powered guidance, provider integrations, and Tyto Engagement Labs™ which include member journeys and engagement frameworks, Home Smart Clinic solutions ensure more equitable access to care across the globe, and enable healthcare organizations to meet their KPIs.


Co-founded by Dedi Gilad and Ofer Tzadik in 2012, TytoCare has FDA and CE clearances and partners with over 220 major health systems, health plans, and strategic partners in the U.S., Europe, Asia, Latin America, and Israel.


What you can expect:


TytoCare is growing fast and is now looking for a career focused, high-performance Business Development Representative (BDR) that will work closely with quote-carrying Sales Executives and the Marketing team at TytoCare to continue to enable the company’s rapid growth. Responsibilities will include customer interaction, lead generation efforts, inbound lead follow up and outbound lead creation as well as other marketing and customer service-related work as needed. You will do this by:


  • Scheduling highly qualified meetings for Account Executives by promoting TytoCare’s offering
  • Driving new business via outbound prospecting leveraging a multichannel approach
  • Learning the full life cycle of sales at TytoCare
  • Learning the fascinating field of digital health and the complexed US health system
  • Become an integral part of one of the industries’ best performing ABM machines
  • Working closely with Account Executives and Sales leaders
  • Responding to inbound MQLs and properly qualifying them for the Sales team


Required skills and attributes:


  • Having a creative thinking persona
  • Familiarity with Sales engagement platforms (like Outreach and Salesloft), Zoominfo and other prospecting tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in Sales, not necessarily in tech, we are offering a unique opportunity to enter the hi-tech world and looking for the ones that are hungry, motivated, determined, intelligent and highly organized.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce - a plus
  • At least 1+ years of full-time BDR experience is a plus
  • Loves picking up the phone
