About the Role

We're hiring a Business Development Representative (BDR) with a passion for educating the health plan & employer marketplaces about Twill's digital care offerings.

You will help grow our business by selling the Twill platform to large commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid health plans as well as large Employers and Brokers.

Join us in making healthcare history by measurably impacting people's lives in new and meaningful ways.

Responsibilities

  • Use prospecting strategies (email, calling, social selling, etc.) to lead initial outreach to prospects.
  • Generate qualified opportunities via inbound and outbound channels.
  • Schedule exploratory meetings for Business Development Executives.
  • Own the top of the funnel sales process: from initial prospecting to hand off.
  • Deliver upon core sales metrics including meeting generation and pipeline revenue targets..
  • Identify the needs / challenges of the prospective customer and how Twill's platform can be a solution.
  • Build and maintain a deep and comprehensive familiarity of Twill's products and sales roadmap highlighting new product functionality.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience selling at digital therapeutics, telemedicine, or other healthcare software companies.
  • Experience using Salesforce to track all activities and make data-driven decisions.
  • 2+ years of experience selling to healthcare organizations with increasing levels of responsibility and a proven track record of sales success.
  • Outstanding communication, organization and presentation skills. We will test these in our interview process.
  • Demonstrated success selling a new-to-market product.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, technical, and mission-focused environment.

The base salary range for this position is $70,000 to $100,000/year. In addition to base salary, Twill offers equity, benefits, and perks as part of the total compensation package. This position also qualifies for incentive compensation tied to sales targets.
