10+ years of experience with the practical application of Organizational Change Management methods and tools

10+ years of experience with large scale change management and business transformation projects

Determine and lead execution of data-driven methods for measuring success of change management efforts, including sensing effectiveness and making adjustments

Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead

10+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions

Confident in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and able to multi-task and manage expectations

Provide leadership and facilitation for change management interventions and forums to ensure alignment across various stakeholders and project teams.

Organizational Change Management and Effective Strategies

The ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in:

Develop, define, track, and analyze performance and “change success” metrics.

Monitor progress, identify issues, celebrate successes, and support continuous improvement of changes implemented.

Support the build-out and maintenance of dashboards and reports needed.
