Organizational Change Management Manager Jobs in Florida

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in organizational effectiveness or change management is essential.

Facilitate organizational effectiveness activities, including after-action reviews, knowledge transfer, and best practice sharing amongst team members and stakeholders.

Certifications from Prosci, Lean Six Sigma, CMI, ACMP, or OCM are highly preferred.

Identify training needs and collaborate with relevant resources to develop and execute training programs.

Partner with internal communications to create and execute comprehensive communication plans.

Document the lifecycle of change initiatives, using data, outcomes, and best practices to tell compelling stories.

3+ years of change management experience required, 5+ years preferred.

Lead and coordinate change management meetings and workshops.

Gain a strong operational knowledge of core business functions across multiple departments, as well as their supporting processes and technologies.

Develop, manage, and secure approval of Change Strategy, Roadmap and Communication Plan and help integrate into the overall project plan.

Partner with Communications Manager to influence engaging communications and support meaningful events.

Combination of organizational, business, and technology project experience preferred.

8+ years of change management experience in complex organizations (change management certification a plus)

Experience working closely with project teams (project management certification a plus)

Experience in stakeholder assessment and people facilitation skills over the project lifecycle to ensure adoption readiness

Ability to identify change management risks within projects and facilitate mitigation plans

Excellent communication acumen with experience in writing effective emails, online news stories, PowerPoint decks, face-to-face presentations, and online meetings

Background in building strategy and executing tactics for stakeholder engagement, communication, and training plans
