The Boeing Company's Global Human Resources (HR) Business Services and Transformation organization is currently seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join our team.


This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, growing team aimed at shaping the future of Boeing by re-envisioning HR processes and delivering best-in-class, end-to-end solutions through execution excellence.


Our team focuses on the people side of change and assessing the impacts of changing business processes and technologies in order to develop meaningful approaches to driving end-user understanding and adoption.


Position Responsibilities:


  • Determine and lead execution of data-driven methods for measuring success of change management efforts, including sensing effectiveness and making adjustments
  • Lead and support ongoing OCM capability development initiatives
  • Provide change management perspective such as points of view, direction and guidance based on professional experience to the OCM team, program leaders, business partners, and other key stakeholders
  • Lead scoping, development and execution of the end-to-end change management strategy, underlying tactics and plans (e.g., change impact analysis, stakeholder and change agent network engagement, communications, end-user training, readiness, and adoption) for global Information Technology (IT) implementations


This position has been identified as a virtual opportunity and will not require the selected candidate to relocate.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):


  • 10+ years of experience influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
  • 10+ years of experience with large scale change management and business transformation projects
  • 10+ years of experience with the practical application of Organizational Change Management methods and tools
  • Confident in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and able to multi-task and manage expectations


Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • 10+ years of experience with HR business processes and information systems
  • 10+ years of experience demonstrating Project Management skills, including delivering to set milestones and objectives in a fast paced, complex project-based environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree and/or higher education in Organizational Development or other HR-related discipline
  • Workday certifications in Workday modules with Human Resources function (i.e. HCM certification)


Typical Education & Experience:


Typically 15 or more years' related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.


Relocation:

Summary pay range: $118,150 - $182,850
